I installed the eSIM but have no internet

If your eSIM is installed but you can't connect:

  1. 1Enable Data Roaming — Settings > Cellular > your eSIM plan > turn on Data Roaming
  2. 2Set as data line — Make sure the eSIM is selected as your mobile data line
  3. 3Toggle Airplane Mode — Turn it on for 10 seconds, then off
  4. 4Restart your device — A simple restart often fixes connection issues
  5. 5Check coverage — Make sure you're in an area with network coverage
