After purchasing a plan, you'll receive a QR code via email. Simply go to your phone's Settings > Cellular/Mobile > Add eSIM, scan the QR code, and follow the on-screen instructions. The entire process takes about 2 minutes. You can also install directly from the RoamFly app.

Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and many other Android devices. You can check by going to Settings > Cellular/Mobile on your device and looking for an option to add an eSIM.

Yes! Your eSIM works alongside your existing physical SIM. You can keep your regular number for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data. Most phones support dual SIM (physical + eSIM) simultaneously.

Your data plan activates when you first connect to a network in your destination country, not when you purchase or install the eSIM. This means you can buy and install your eSIM before your trip without worrying about wasting data.
