Follow our step-by-step instructions to install and activate your RoamFly eSIM in minutes. Choose your preferred installation method below.

The fastest and easiest way to install your eSIM. Simply scan the QR code we send to your email.

Open Settings

Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.

Scan QR Code

Tap 'Use QR Code' and scan the QR code from your confirmation email or account dashboard.

Confirm Plan

Review the cellular plan details and tap 'Add Cellular Plan' to confirm.

Label Your Plan

Choose a label for your new plan (e.g., 'Travel' or 'RoamFly'). Tap 'Done'.

Set as Default (Optional)

Choose whether to use this plan as your default line for data. You can change this anytime.

Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection, your device is eSIM compatible, and you haven't already installed this QR code (each code can only be used once). Try restarting your device and attempting the installation again.

Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data and make sure the eSIM line is enabled and set as your data line. Also ensure Data Roaming is turned ON for the eSIM plan. If issues persist, try toggling Airplane Mode on and off.

Yes! We recommend installing your eSIM before you travel so you're ready to connect when you arrive. The data plan typically activates when you first connect to a supported network at your destination.

You can easily top up your data through the RoamFly app or website. Simply purchase an additional plan for the same destination and install it. Your phone number and other SIM settings remain unchanged.

Yes! Most modern devices support Dual SIM, allowing you to keep your physical SIM active for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data. Configure this in your device's cellular/mobile network settings.

On iOS: Settings > Cellular > select the eSIM plan > Remove Cellular Plan. On Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > select the eSIM > Delete. Note: once removed, you cannot reinstall the same eSIM.

If your device isn't in our compatibility list, it may still support eSIM. Check your device manufacturer's website or go to Settings and look for an 'Add eSIM' option. You can also contact our support team for help.
