1. What Are Cookies?

They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is being used so we can improve it. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; references to "cookies" in this policy include those technologies.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function. They keep you signed in, remember the items in your basket, secure your session against fraud, and enable core checkout flows. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent under UK law (PECR).
2.2 Analytics cookies
We run our own first-party analytics on roamfly.co to understand which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and which parts of the Service lead to a purchase. Until you accept analytics cookies, this runs without any cookies: your browser stores nothing, and our server derives a pseudonymous identifier from your IP address and browser details that changes every day and can never be turned back into either. Neither the IP address nor the browser string is stored.
If you choose "Accept all" (or switch on Analytics under "Manage"), we set two first-party cookies, rf_v and rf_s, so we can recognise you when you return, understand journeys across several visits, and attribute a purchase to the visit that first brought you here. With your consent we also load Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies. You can withdraw either choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer, and the cookies are removed immediately.
Separately, Vercel Web Analytics measures page performance in an aggregated, cookieless form and does not identify you individually.
2.3 Functionality cookies
These cookies remember preferences such as your language, currency and country selection. They are not strictly necessary, but make the Service easier and more personalised to use.
2.4 Advertising cookies
We do not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. If we introduce them in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any such cookies are set.

- Cookie banner. When you first visit roamfly.co you can accept all, keep essential cookies only, or manage each category. Change your mind at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer or the button below.
- Analytics opt-out. To exclude your browser from our first-party analytics entirely (cookieless mode included), open the browser console on roamfly.co and run

- Reset consent. You can clear our consent cookie in your browser's site-settings panel; the banner will reappear on your next visit.
Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent core features (such as signing in or completing checkout) from working.
