To remove an eSIM:
iPhone: Settings > Cellular > select the plan > Remove Cellular Plan Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > select the eSIM > Delete
Warning: Once removed, a used eSIM cannot be reinstalled. Make sure you no longer need the plan before removing it.
