What is your refund policy?

We offer a hassle-free refund policy:

  • Unused eSIM — Full refund within 30 days of purchase if the eSIM hasn't been installed or activated
  • Technical issues — If we can't resolve a technical problem, we'll issue a full refund
  • Partial data usage — Refunds are not available for eSIMs that have been activated and used
