1. About RoamFly
RoamFly is operated by ROAMFLY LTD ("RoamFly", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number [ROAMFLY_REGISTRATION_NUMBER], with its registered office at [ROAMFLY_REGISTERED_ADDRESS]. Our VAT number, where applicable, is [ROAMFLY_VAT_NUMBER].

2. Definitions
- "eSIM" means an embedded SIM profile that provides mobile data on a compatible device.
- "Service" means the RoamFly website, mobile apps, and the eSIM products and related support we provide.
- "Customer", "you", or "your" means the individual purchasing or using the Service.
- "Network Operator" means any third-party mobile network whose infrastructure is used to deliver eSIM connectivity.
3. Eligibility
To use RoamFly you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Use a device that is unlocked and supports eSIM technology;
- Provide accurate, current information when you create an account or make a purchase.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4. Your Account
You may need to create an account to purchase or manage eSIMs. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@roamfly.co if you suspect unauthorised use.
You may close your account at any time from your profile page. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for unused data unless our Refund Policy applies.
5. Pricing, Payment and Taxes
Prices are displayed in your selected currency and exclude any local taxes that may apply based on your billing location. The price you pay at checkout is the total amount, including any applicable taxes shown there.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms. RoamFly does not store your full payment card details.
We may change our prices from time to time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
6. Delivery of eSIMs
After successful payment, we deliver your eSIM as a QR code and activation instructions to the email address associated with your order. Delivery is normally immediate but may take up to several minutes during periods of high demand.
It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct and that delivery is not blocked by spam filters. If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes, contact us at hello@roamfly.co.
7. Right to Cancel and Immediate Performance
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. Because our eSIMs are digital content delivered to you immediately upon purchase, by confirming your purchase you:
- Expressly request that delivery of the eSIM begin immediately, before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
- Acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose the statutory right to cancel once the eSIM has been delivered.
This does not affect your other statutory rights, including the right to refund where the Service is faulty. Our voluntary refund commitments are set out in the Refund Policy.
8. Service Coverage and Performance
eSIM connectivity depends on the availability and quality of local Network Operators. We cannot guarantee that signal, speed, or coverage will match marketing materials in every location. Network performance may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Geographic and physical conditions (buildings, terrain, weather);
- Network congestion and Network Operator outages;
- Device compatibility, software, and settings;
- Local regulatory restrictions.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You can find compatibility information at roamfly.co/compatibility.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including circumventing local telecoms regulations;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute eSIMs without our prior written consent;
- Use the Service in a way that interferes with Network Operators or other users;
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, or abusive volumes of traffic;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract eSIM activation profiles for purposes other than installing them on your own device;
- Misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility.
We may suspend or terminate Service if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
10. Refunds
Our refund commitments are set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we will refund:
- An eSIM that has not been installed on a device, requested within 30 days of purchase; and
- An installed eSIM where verified network issues prevent normal use and we are unable to resolve them within 24 hours of you reporting the issue.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, software, and the RoamFly brand — is owned by RoamFly or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal purposes consistent with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Network Operators, payment processors, cloud and email infrastructure. Their respective terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer (including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or data;
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100;
- We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including Network Operator outages, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RoamFly harmless from any claims, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued provision is no longer commercially viable. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, intellectual property, and governing law) will survive.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the European Union retain the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence.
