If you can't scan a QR code, you can enter the details manually:
- Find the SM-DP+ address and activation code in your confirmation email
- Go to your device's eSIM settings
- Choose 'Enter Details Manually' (iPhone) or 'Enter code manually' (Android)
- Paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code
- Confirm and activate
The manual method works the same as QR code — it just uses text instead of a scannable code.
